Runner's World Shoe Lab Test Results

We say: Reebok designed the updated 3-D Lite on a new last (foot form) that provides a more snug fit from the arch to the forefoot. The upper has been reinforced to wrap the arch more completely, and while much of the outsole is exposed 3-D foam, rubber has been added in high-wear areas for better durability. Shoe Lab tests showed that the shoe has firm cushioning for a performance trainer, yet it's flexible. Recommended for efficient runners with normal to high arches who like to feel the road when they run fast.
