Runner's World Shoe Lab Test Results

We say: We placed past versions of the Heras in the performance training category, but the III, while still lightweight, features a new plastic arch bridge that makes it significantly more stable than its predecessors, according to Shoe Lab tests. Other notable updates are a breathable mesh in the forefoot, and a tighter-weave mesh in the midfoot area, which connects the laces to the midsole for a snug, stable fit. Recommended as a lightweight trainer for normal-arch runners or as a racing shoe for bigger runners.
