We Say: This update of the Creation features a new wider forefoot for improved stability. Mizuno has incorporated its lighter, more responsive AP midsole material into the shoe, and there's a Smoothride plastic plate in the midsole for better heel-to-toe transition. The plate also bolsters the shoe's stability. Recommended for runners with normal to high arches who need plenty of cushioning and some stability.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this shoe. I am an under pronator w/medium arch. I have tried all kinds of shoes and this is my fave. It is light-weight and provides just the right amount of spring. .
