We say: Thanks to its narrow heel and wider forefoot, the Element better suits the shape of a woman's foot. The midsole has a softer piece of foam in the heel for better impact protection, with additional foam stitched in under the sockliner for a softer feel as soon as you put it on. Tests performed at the RW Shoe Lab showed the Element to be the softest shoe in this guide, which is good news for lighter-weight women. Recommended for women runners looking for an inexpensive, well-cushioned, yet stable trainer.

The best shoe I have ever run in. Gives great cushining and support. I have horrible knees, ankles, arches, shins, etc. and I felt no pain what-so-ever. I will forever wear these shoes!.
