We Say: The fit of this update has been much improved, thanks to its roomier heel and forefoot. Asics also added more silicon GEL in the heel and forefoot for better cushioning. The firmer midsole is reinforced with Asics's Trusstic Bridge to better support the foot and help the foot transition more efficiently from heel-strike to toe-off. Recommended for runners with low to flat arches, as well as those with normal arches who need added support.

These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever run in. I have a lot of trouble with my knees, but wearing these shoes have helped with those problems and have made for great running experiences. I highly recommend them!.

Wonderful shoe. Fit is great and support excellent. Amazingly, with the extra toe-off and due to all the support, running elevations proved much easier required less effort..
