Runner's World Shoe Lab Test Results

We Say: In this update, Brooks added small holes to its E-1 cushioning material in the heel to better absorb impact. The company did the same thing with its E-2 forefoot material for a more efficient toe-off. The upper is wrapped in a new mesh that allows the foot to breath while keeping out debris. Brooks retained the midsole cushioning pads for a soft feel and the arch bridge to help heel-to-toe transition. Best for bigger runners with normal to high arches who need a roomy toebox.
