We Say: This is a cushioning shoe with a healthy dose of added firmness, which improves stability. Pearl has also incorporated its trademark seamless upper to the Push+, which helps reduce friction and improve overall fit.
Lab Report:The Push+ midsole's GelShock2 inserts produce firm cushioning in the heel and forefoot. The extended arch support column enhances stability and reduces pronation. A drawback to the added support: relatively low responsiveness.
Recommended For: Efficient runners with normal arches who prefer a bit more stability from a cushioning shoe
Wear-testers Say: "While I like a stable neutral-cushioned shoe, the Push+ was almost too firm. The seamlessness is great, though, and the shoe is nice and light." --Jesse Mellon, San Diego
"This was a bit more shoe than I typically need, but the added firmness felt great after long runs or hard workout days." --Kate Sayago, San Diego

Hmm, I feel terrible about saying this but my Keds would have felt better during my run. These are soooo stiff and unforgiving. There is very little room in the toe box. They run small, so I bought a half a size up but that did not help. So, I tried wearing them for a whole day just doing errands in hopes of stretching them out. By the end of the day my feet were so sore, looks as if these will be collecting dust in my closet!.
