The footbridge is now one piece (it had been two in the Triumph 4) to ease the transition from heel impact to toe-off. Our one complaint: The laces are too thin to provide a good fit, even with an arch wrap that connects the eyelets to the midsole. Recommended for runners with high arches who wear down their heels. Really absorb impact well and kept my legs fresh even after long runs. Arch lock gives it a nice stable feel but remains very breathable. Laces are a little thin but seem to do the job..
