Runner's World Shoe Lab Test Results

We Say: Many runners have shied away from the Shox line because of their relatively high heel height, which can make them feel unstable. Nike addresses these complaints by building the Saya lower to the ground and adding more Shox columns for greater stability. This is the lightest Shox we've ever reviewed. Our testing found the heel to be firm, and the forefoot relatively stiff. Recommended for bigger runners with high arches because they will be able to compress and flex the midsole more easily.
