Runner's World Shoe Lab Test Results

We Say: The Cushion 6 is a great update with a softer, seven-millimeter-thick sockliner and a layer of foam just below it for a plush feel right out of the box. The new midsole design is built around two plastic heel plates that slow side-to-side movement, which should help reduce overpronation. As with the other two Adidas shoes in this guide, the Cushion is built on a new last. We recommend this shoe for efficient runners with normal to high arches looking for a soft training shoe.
