WE SAY: Here's something you don't often see: an update that costs $10 less than its predecessor. The latest Flow Providence features an updated midfoot overlay design that better wraps the arch. The midsole under the arch has been filled in to provide more surface contact with the ground, giving the shoe a touch of added stability. With no forefoot overlays, these shoes accommodate a wide range of foot types. We recommend the Providence for runners with high arches looking for a very lightweight trainer.

I am a high arch underpronator with various foot issus. This shoe seems to fit the bill. Great high-arch support and fits like a sock. I am very happy with this sneak..
