Runner's World Shoe Lab Test Results

WE SAY:The Reckoning may be the lightest motion-control shoe in this guide, but our lab tests showed it's plenty firm, thanks to a plastic heel cradle. Fila redesigned the series of cavities that soften the outer edge of the midsole. This, along with a buttressed inner edge of the midsole, slows the rate of pronation and replaces more traditional stability devices. Result: a smoother, more stable heel-to-toe transition. We recommend this shoe for lighter runners with flat arches looking for a supportive shoe.
