We say: This aptly named go-fast shoe uses a tighter mesh for a snugger fit and a redesigned outsole pattern to reduce weight yet retain durability. With full-length cushioning foam directly under the sockliner and Gel pads in the heel and forefoot, this shoe provides good shock dispersion, especially for a performance trainer. Recommended for runners with normal to high arches looking for a lightweight shoe for speed training or racing.

may be the best shoe ive ever owned, even better than my Nike Zoom Milers. very comfortable, lightweight. great on long runs...even better in speed/interval workouts. about 350 miles on these shoes with no problems what so ever. would recommend it to everyone..
