We Say: The 180 has the same air unit in the heel as the Nike 360, but a foam forefoot provides a firmer base of support, and deep flex grooves make this shoe more flexible, according to RW Shoe Lab tests. The men's version features a new sockliner for a better fit, while the women's 180 adds cushioning to the forefoot to accommodate the average woman's lower body weight. Both versions are equipped for Nike + iPod Sport Kit (see "Keep Your Distance," page 131). The 180 is recommended for runners with high arches looking for durable heel cushioning.
Wear-testers Say: "It fit well and had excellent forefoot cushioning."--Mark Gerber, 40, Allentown
"It has a very comfortable upper and lacing system."--Todd Fach, 40, Allentown

Very Comfortable shoe.
Good bounce.
One complaint, inside shoe pad is a little loose and can develop a blister.
Saludos,
AA.

This is a very comfortable and well cushioned shoe. The one downside to this shoe...not appropriate for running off-road. After about 6 months of running on canal banks, parks, etc. I got a "flat" and the shoe is now worthless..
