Recreational/Fun Walk/Run 5 K 6:20 PM  
Sponsored by the University of Nebraska at Kearney Department of Health, Physical Education, Recreation, & Leisure Studies and the Human Performance Laboratory. Kids Run: The 1 mile kids run (for ages 12 and under) starts at 6:00 PM and will start and finish on the West side of the Health and Sport Center. Members of UNK Athletic teams will accompany the kids on their run around campus. Preregistration must be received by September 24, and all pre-registered participants in the kids run will receive a T-shirt and a finisher¿s medal. Kids run entry fee: $7.00 5K Fun Run: The 5K will begin after the kids run. Medals will be awarded to the top 3 male and female finishers in each age group in the 5K.
