The Black Beard adventure race is a USARA National Championship qualifying race. Teams/solo's will mountain bike 24 miles on non-technical bike path & dirt roads, beach run 8 miles, orienteer 8 miles, ocean kayak (on the sound) 9 miles & have the option of rappelling 7 stories from the hotel roof onto the beach.
