1st Annual Norski Duathlon in Deforest, WI. A challenging run/bike/run course that will start out with a 5K run in a residential setting. The bike course is an 18.5M ride through the Industrial Park out into the country side with several challenging hills. The course is a loop around Goose Pond and back to the transition area. The last phase is a 2M run again in the residential area.
