Recipes For Runners

CHOCORANGE CREAMSICLE

This homemade version of ice-cream-truck classic adds a touch of chocolate.

Ingredients

2 cups milk

2-4 scoops premium vanilla ice cream (1-2 cups) (per desired thickness)

1/2 tsp pure vanilla

1/3-1/2 cup thawed, pulp-free orange juice concentrate (amount per taste)

2-3 TB premium dark chocolate hot fudge sauce (amount per taste)

Serves two.

How to Make It

Put all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth, adjusting amounts of ingredients based upon desired strength of taste and consistency.

Lower fat version: Substitute premium double churned fat-free ice cream (such as Breyer's) and use skim milk.
