Recipe: Sweet Chocolate Twist

RECIPE: SWEET CHOCOLATE TWIST

A delicious dip that will satisfy any sweet tooth.

4 four-ounce cartons of ready-to-eat fat-free chocolate pudding (two cups)
4 ounces fat-free cream cheese
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

In a small bowl blend cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. In a separate bowl, empty pudding cartons, then swirl in the cream cheese mixture without completely mixing. Decorate with crushed peppermint candy. Dip orange sections, strawberries, and pineapple.

Makes eight servings (1/3 cup each).
