Actually, Jacob Seilheimer, 26, has already shrunk to 358 pounds, and even he realizes it's going to be more of a run/walk. "He's not going to be up there with the Kenyans," predicts Seilheimer's mother and Jacob himself states "I can promise you that this won't be pretty, and I'll be chronicling my journey for your perverse pleasure."
