This year's Patriots' Day race is a publicist's dream. For southeastern Connecticut runners, the big story will be the 50th anniversary of John J. Kelley's Boston victory, and Kelley's status as the April 16 race's Grand Marshal. But there's also Deena Kastor's attempt to be the first American woman to capture Boston Marathon laurels in 22 years.
