Wells learns she's got to play it safe if she wants the qualifying time

Wells is part of Team USA Minnesota and is also a former USA Marathon champ. She's got a full plate, with a doctorate to be completed in May and a wedding in June. She had a series of injuries and then ran "not so smart" at Twin Cities last fall, "so now I need to play it safe and just make sure I can get the time," she says. "That way I will have something to train for after graduation!"
