In the 2006 Boston Marathon, Robert Cheruiyot took command in the second half to claim the Patriots' Day laurels, and Benjamin Maiyo took the runnerup spot. Cheruiyot and Maiyo will duel again at the LaSalle Bank Chicago Marathon on Sunday, this time for a $125,000 first prize, but it's hardly a two-man race.
